ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ОЦЕНКИ ВЛИЯНИЯ МОНЕТАРНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ НА РЫНОК ЦЕННЫХ БУМАГ

РЕЗЮМЕ:
В статье исследованы теоретико-методологические аспекты оценки влияния монетарной политики на рынок ценных бумаг. С этой целью раскрыта сущность проблем формирования и развития рынка ценных бумаг. Анализирована особенность монетарной политики страны в условиях глубокой трансформации мирового рынка финансов. Рассмотрены важнейшие аспекты и проблемы эффективной организации монетарной политики страны с целью усиления финансовой стабильности. Отмечена необходимость интенсификации развития рынка ценных бумаг с целью обеспечения совершенствования действующих механизмов на данном рынке. Подготовлен ряд рекомендаций и предложений по совершенствованию влияния монетарной политики страны на рынок финансовых бумаг с целью его объективной оценки.

Theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the impact of monetary policy on the securities market

SUMMARY:
The article investigates theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the impact of monetary policy on the securities market. For this purpose the essence of the problems of formation and development of the securities market is revealed. The peculiarity of monetary policy of the country in the conditions of deep transformation of the world finance market is analyzed. The most important aspects and problems of effective organization of the monetary policy of the country in order to strengthen financial stability are considered. The necessity to intensify the development of the securities market in order to ensure the improvement of the existing mechanisms in this market has been noted. A number of recommendations and proposals on improvement of influence of monetary policy of the country on the financial securities market for the purpose of its objective estimation have been prepared.
