Резюме:
Одной из наиболее актуальных проблем экономики в современную эпоху является повышение роли знаний и навыков в обеспечении экономического роста и их трансформация в один из важнейших ресурсов – интеллектуальный капитал. Статья посвящена значению человеческого капитала в обществе, а также инвестициям, выделяемым предприятием в человеческий капитал. В частности, с целью определения степени развития предприятия были рассмотрены источники инвестирования и даны рекомендации по направлениям развития человеческого капитала.

ANALYSIS OF ENTERPRISE INVESTMENTS IN HUMAN CAPITAL

Summary:
One of the most pressing problems of the economy in the modern era is increasing the role of knowledge and skills in ensuring economic growth and their transformation into one of the most important resources - intellectual capital. The article is devoted to the importance of human capital in society, as well as the investments allocated by the enterprise in human capital. In particular, in order to determine the degree of development of the enterprise, sources of investment were considered and recommendations were given on areas of human capital development.
