РЕЗЮМЕ
Проблемы и перспективы развития аграрной сферы на постконфликтных территориях
В статье исследованы проблемы и перспективы развития аграрной сферы на постконфликтных территориях. Анализирован и обобщён мировой опыт и подходы по организации восстановления и развития постконфликтных территорий. Рассмотрены важнейшие аспекты и направления восстановления разрушенных территорий с учётом особенностей регионов. Отмечена необходимость учёта национальных традиций земледелия при формировании структуры экономики на постконфликтных территориях. Анализирован ресурсный потенциал отдельных территорий и районов по развитию аграрного сектора и его направлений. Подготовлены предложения и рекомендации по решению проблем и эффективной реализации перспективных направлений деятельности по развитию аграрной сферы на постконфликтных территориях Азербайджана.

SUMMARY
Problems and prospects of development of agrarian sphere in post-conflict territories
The problems and prospects of development of agrarian sphere in post-conflict territories are studied in the article. The world experience and approaches to the organization of reconstruction and development of post-conflict territories are analyzed. The most important aspects and directions of restoration of the destroyed territories taking into account the peculiarities of the regions are considered. The necessity of national traditions of farming in the formation of the economic structure in post-conflict territories is noted. The resource potential of individual territories and districts for the development of the agrarian sector and its directions is generalized. Proposals and recommendations on solving problems and effective realization of perspective directions of activity on development of agrarian sphere in post-conflict territories of Azerbaijan have been prepared.
