Modern Türkiye's realpolitik foreign policy

SUMMARY
The article explores the evolution of Türkiye's foreign policy and its conduct over the past decade, highlighting a departure from the approaches of prior administrations. It discusses the increasing global uncertainty, the unpredictability of international relations, and the threats to peace and stability posed by various crises and conflicts, particularly in the geopolitically significant Middle East. The piece also addresses the growing political and economic confrontations among different powers, the expansion of geopolitical competition, and the shifting nature of multilateral and universal values. The article not only identifies the elements that affect the transformation of Türkiye's foreign policy but also explores the theoretical underpinnings of this policy through the lenses of structural realism and neoclassical realism. Furthermore, it assesses how global and regional developments, along with shifts in geopolitical power, have contributed to Türkiye's re-embrace of realpolitik.

Реалполитик во внешней политике современной Турции

РЕЗЮМЕ
В статье рассматривается внешняя политика и внешнеполитическое поведение Турции, отличающееся от предыдущих правительств, за последние 10 лет, когда в мире возросла неопределенность, она стала менее предсказуемой, миру и стабильности угрожают кризисы и конфликты в различных регионах, особенно на Ближнем Востоке, имеющем большое геополитическое значение, усиливается политическое и экономическое противостояние сил на разных уровнях, расширяется геополитическая конкуренция, меняются многосторонние и общечеловеческие ценности. В статье, наряду с факторами, влияющими на трансформацию внешней политики Турции, рассматриваются теоретические основы этой политики в контексте структурного реализма и неоклассического реализма, а также влияние процессов и событий, происходящих в мире и регионе, и смены геополитических сил на возвращение Турции к политике реалполитик.
