ANALYSIS OF THE CONTEMPORARY
MILITARY RELATIONS OF AZERBAIJAN IN THE BACKGROUND OF THE KARABAKH VICTORY

SUMMARY
The second Karabakh war showed that the Republic of Azerbaijan was going through a very rapid way of development militarily. The factor playing a leading role here is the importance given to army building, as well as the role of choosing the right military development path. The victory achieved by the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Second Karabakh War in 44 days showed that the military development is not only a change due to the increase in the number of manpower and weapons in terms of quantity compared to the previous year. Military development is possible with the development of all the factors that make it up, as well as with the correct determination of quantitative and qualitative indicators in this development. One of these factors is the correct determination of foreign military relations and the contribution of these relations to military development. The second Karabakh war showed that Azerbaijan has formed these relations correctly and as a result, it met the country's need for weapons and other military needs with the most modern weapons and military equipment. This cannot be said for Armenia.

РЕЗЮМЕ
Вторая Карабахская война показала, что Азербайджанская Республика находится на пути очень быстрого развития в военном отношении. Фактором, играющим здесь ведущую роль, является значение, придаваемое армейскому строительству, а также роль выбора правильного пути военного строительства. Победа, достигнутая Азербайджанской Республикой во Второй Карабахской войне за 44 дня, показала, что военное развитие представляет собой не только изменение, обусловленное увеличением численности живой силы и вооружения в количественном отношении по сравнению с предыдущим годом. Военное строительство возможно при развитии всех составляющих его факторов, а также при правильном определении количественных и качественных показателей этого развития. Одним из таких факторов является правильное определение внешних военных связей и вклада этих связей в военное строительство. Вторая Карабахская война показала, что Азербайджан правильно сформировал эти отношения и в результате удовлетворил потребности страны в вооружении и другие военные нужды самым современным вооружением и военной техникой. Чего нельзя сказать об Армении.
